GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

1 The rental of your pitch or accommodation will only become effective after receipt of your deposit.

 

2 The hiring is concluded for the duration of the stay determined in the invoice of the installment. Under no circumstances will the tenant be able to claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

 

3 The tenant must present himself on the day specified on the invoice for the deposit after 3 p.m. In case of late or deferred arrival, the tenant is asked to inform the campsite. If necessary, the campsite will be able to use the pitch or accommodation again within 24 hours of the scheduled date of arrival. The deposit will remain acquired.

 

4 The camping pitches are available from 12 p.m. and must also be vacated at 12 p.m., when accommodation will be available from 3 p.m. and vacated at 10 a.m. Imperative !!!

 

5 In the event of late arrival or early departure in relation to the dates mentioned on the deposit invoice, you will not be reimbursed anything for accommodation.

 

6 The final location will be determined by the campsite, under no circumstances can you claim a specific location.

 

7 As a precaution for pitches rented with electricity, bring an extension cord and a European plug.

 

8 Wood and charcoal barbecue authorized except in the case of a Prefectural decree. Any fire directly on the ground is strictly prohibited, as well as on the rental terraces.

 

9 Rates and payment for the stay: the price of accommodation includes water, gas and electricity. The tourist tax per person and per day is €0.50 for camping pitches. Access to the swimming pool is guaranteed during the months of June, July and August. Outside this period access is not guaranteed.

 

10 Guests are subject to daily camper or mobile home rates if they stay overnight. Animals are accepted in the accommodation, except category 1 and 2 in all the campsite. they must be kept on a leash, tattoos and vaccination records are compulsory. They must be walked outside the campsite, and their owners must clean up any dirt they may cause. Any animal will incur a daily supplement of 1€30.

 

11 The balance of the accommodation amount will be paid on the day of arrival as well as the taxes and supplements specified on the website. Regarding accommodation, the tenant will be asked for 3 checks when booking. 1 deposit for the mobile home of 250.00 €, 1 deposit for the cleaning of 50 € and a deposit of 25% of the amount of the reservation. These deposits are returned at the end of the stay if it is during reception opening hours or within 8 days of departure, by post (minus, where applicable, the cost of return inventory if damage or losses were observed). The maintenance remains the responsibility of the tenant of the accommodation throughout the duration of his stay. Before his departure he must be left in a perfect state of cleanliness. If necessary after contradictory inventory, the cleaning deposit of 50 € will be retained. Sheets and household linen are not provided. Possibility of selling disposable sheets.

 

12 Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the campsite. The deposit remains acquired by the campsite whatever the reason for the cancellation. This clause is binding on the professional in the event of cancellation. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the total amount of your stay will be requested.

 

13 The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has paid the deposit of 25% of the total amount for accommodation. Upon receipt of the deposit a confirmation will be sent to you.

 

14 As the deposit does not constitute a limit of liability, it is up to you to check whether your insurance contract provides for the “resort” extension (holiday rental). Otherwise, you must ask your insurance company for an extended warranty or take out a specific contract.

 

15 The liability of the campsite, beyond its legal liability, is not engaged in the event of: - theft, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, during or following your stay. - nuisances due to natural phenomena (weather, insects, etc.) - Breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment, breakdown or closure of campsite facilities. ad hoc measures, taken by the campsite management, to limit access to certain facilities, required by compliance with safety standards or periodic maintenance work.

 

16 Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract will be brought before the court.

 

17 In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.612-1 and R.612-1 of the Consumer Code, Camping Sans Soucies has subscribed to a mediation system called “SAS MEDIATION SOLUTION”.

In the event of an unresolved dispute between the campsite and theconsumer, THEconsumer  the possibility of seizing the mediator SAS MEDIATION SOLUTION
